He explained every step of the home buying process for us and made sure we were getting the best deal. He negotiated back and forth many times on our behalf with the seller and informed us of everything they were talking about. We knew we could count on Maheshbhai to get us the best deal and house. He also took the time to explain all the fine details of homeownership, purchasing, and even financing since this is our first house. In addition, Maheshbhai ensured that my family had all the proper connections for home inspectors, day laborers, and anyone else we needed to work on the home for us before we moved in. He was with us through every step, and still is! My family knows they can reach out to Maheshbhai with questions regarding our bills, or any other house-related matters.
