As my family slowly settles into their new home, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Maheshbhai Patel in helping us achieve our long-held dream of being homeowners in the US. When my family asked about houses in certain areas, Maheshbhai steered us away from them because he knew there were better areas that would be more beneficial in terms of accessibility for certain family members, as well as for safety reasons. He explained every step of the home buying process for us and made sure we were getting the best deal. He negotiated back and forth many times on our behalf with the seller and informed us of everything they were talking about. We knew we could count on Maheshbhai to get us the best deal and house. He also took the time to explain all the fine details of homeownership, purchasing, and even financing since this is our first house. In addition, Maheshbhai ensured that my family had all the proper connections for home inspectors, day laborers, and anyone else we needed to work on the home for us before we moved in. He was with us through every step, and still is! My family knows they can reach out to Maheshbhai with questions regarding our bills, or any other house-related matters. And he does all of this after having taken a modest commission. Maheshbhai and his team have really helped my family a lot, and me personally as well, in making this dream come true for us. It took many months and a lot of patience from their end due to certain family issues, but they were very professional all throughout.
