Professional. Knowledgeable. Straightforward. just closed on a recent investment property with my business partner with Mike representing us on the transaction as the buyers agent. i really appreciated the straightforward approach with mike as well as the knowledge of letting us know the expectations needed to give us the best chance, market insight as well as some project costs for the renovation we might expect. i work with so many agents day to day to find investment properties and when asking questions to get a better understanding of the property, sellers expectations, condition, market insight etc they usually say 'idk you're an investor you should know this blah blah blah' yes i do know however as the professional realtor in that area im leaning on your guidance to see what i can put together to make the deal work for the seller and myself. there is a high % of realtors that straight up dont care and looking after their sole benefit. Thats if they even respond to calls and texts... Mike on the other hand does care he was getting is phone lighten up with dozens of calls/emails/texts and still took time to answer my questions and give me his point of view which i really appreciated he will answer your calls and texts! during the offer stage through escrow all the way till closing he was very diligent on giving us updates and expectations and as fast as he moved we matched that speed and got it done in 2 weeks!. i will continue to work with him on our next investment property and send referrals. i will add as well he has great content on his youtube channel as well which is another plus on adding value for all his clients recommended subscribing as well.
